% 07.10.2016 Crl.M.A. 15978/2016 By this application, the petitioner seeks modification of order dated 2nd August, 2016 granting parole of four weeks to the petitioner praying that the petitioner be released on personal bond itself. Learned counsel for the State has brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner was earlier granted parole by this Court for two weeks which he availed from 5th June, 2015 to 26th June, 2015. Though the initial order provided for personal bond and surety bond of `40,000/- each however the same was modified to `20,000/- each and the petitioner was able to furnish surety bond of `20,000/-.

Considering the fact that the petitioner had earlier furnished the surety bond of `20,000/-, this Court does not find any reason to modify the order dated 2nd August, 2016.

Application is dismissed.

Order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
