% 22.04.2016 By way of present petition the petitioners, inter alia, seek directions to respondent No.7 to pay the deficient salary from 02.02.2015. The petitioners also seek direction to respondent Nos. 2 to 6 for taking legal action against respondent No.7 under the Labour Law and Minimum Wages Act. After some argument, Mr. V. S. Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioners seek permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take appropriate legal remedy.
