It was noted that the suit had been adjourned sine die with liberty granted to the plaintiff to file an application for seeking revival of the suit, if it would be able to obtain leave from the Company Court for prosecuting the same against the defendant. Court notice of default was issued to the plaintiff directly as also through counsel, returnable for today.
