1. Considering that the order of which the disobedience is alleged, is a final order disposing of the main petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration and

Conciliation Act 1996, the Court is of the view the present applications should be converted into contempt petitions and be listed before the Roster Bench.

2. The Registry will accordingly renumber both these applications as civil contempt petitions and list them before the Roster Bench on 27th January 2017, subject to the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice.

3. Learned counsel appearing on advance notice for Respondents states that he has not received copies of the said applications. The same be served upon by learned counsel for the Applicant/Petitioner upon him within three days. S. MURALIDHAR, J JANUARY 13, 2017 Rm
