% 18.07.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present writ petition.

At this stage, it is noticed that an application being CM APPL.20130/2018, filed by the petitioner seeking withdrawal of the writ petition, was dismissed by this Court vide its order dated 15.05.2018. In these circumstances, even though the petitioner is granted liberty to withdraw the present writ petition, the same would be subject to payment of Rs.10,000/- as costs in favour of the Delhi High Court Staff Welfare Fund, within a week from today.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
