Learned counsel for the respondent states that the matter has already been settled.

Petition is accordingly dismissed in default. JAYANT NATH, J SEPTEMBER 24, 2018/rb Later on, Mr.Ashish Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner has entered appearance and confirms that the matter has been compromised. As per the compromise, the respondent is obliged to pay the dues of the petitioner in stated instalments which go up to March 2019. The respondent will abide by the terms of the settlement.
