This is a Petition under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of an Arbitrator in relation to the agreements dated 11.03.2011 and 01.05.2012 entered into between the parties. 2.

The learned counsel for the respondents states that although the respondent has already appointed an Arbitrator but the respondent would have no objection if an independent arbitrator is appointed in terms of the arbitration clause contained in the agreement dated 11.03.2011. 3.

In view of the submissions made, it is directed that an Arbitrator be appointed under the Rules of the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC). The representatives of the parties shall appear before the Coordinator, DIAC on 11.11.2016 at 11:00 a.m. The arbitration shall be ARB. P. 514/2016

conducted under the aegis of DIAC and in accordance with its Rules. 4.

The petition is disposed of.
