% 08.04.2016 CM No.13251/2016 Exemption allowed subject to all just exceptions. The application stands disposed of.

W.P.(C) 3108/2016 & CM No.13250/2016 The petitioner, inter alia, has challenged order dated 21.03.2016 passed by the respondent No.1 whereby petitioner was dismissed from service.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed the present petition on 19.03.2016 against the report of Inquiry Officer dated 15.02.2016 which was served to the petitioner on 11.03.2016.

In the meantime, respondent No.1 passed the impugned order dated 21.03.2016 whereby the petitioner was dismissed from service.

He also submits that the petitioner has

amended the petition without any order of the Court. At this stage, Mr.Saurabh Chadda, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition and application with liberty to file a fresh petition. With the aforesaid liberty, the petition as well as application are dismissed as withdrawn.
