% 26.04.2016 Status report has been filed by the State, according to which two of the coaccused, namely, Ashish Gupta @ Ashu and Varun Tomar have surrendered before the police and thereafter, were released on bail by the trial Court. The case of the petitioner stands on the same footing as that of the coaccused. As such, it will be appropriate that he also surrender before the police and thereafter may move an application for grant of bail before trial Court and the same would be heard and considered in accordance with law. The application stands disposed of.
