Learned counsel for defendant No.3 has already given statement in the Court on 05.09.2018 that defendant No.3 does not wish to file separate written statement and defendant No.3 adopts the same written statement as filed by defendants 1 & 2. IA No. 2126/2019 (u/S 5 of The Limitation Act r/w Order VIII Rule 1 r/w Section 151 CPC filed by D1 & 2 for seeking condonation of delay in filing of written statement) IA No.2127/2019 (u/S 151 CPC filed by defendants 1 & 2 for seeking condonation of delay in re-filing of application under Section 5 of The Limitation Act) There is no appearance on behalf of plaintiff. Notice of IAs be issued to plaintiff on taking of necessary steps by applicants within a

week by all permissible modes, returnable for next date of hearing, with directions to plaintiff to file his response to the IA within two weeks from the date of receipt of notice.

Meanwhile, plaintiff is directed to file replication alongwith affidavit for admission/denial of documents within four weeks, however, same would be subject to final decision on the application of applicants filed for seeking condonation of delay in placing the written statement on record.
