The petitioners seek transit / interim anticipatory bail in case FIR No.110/2018 registered under Sections 420/406 IPC at PS Kotwali Mandi (U.P.). Status report not filed. 2.
I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. The petitioners are residents of Delhi i.e. House No.9-B/6550, Street No.2, Dev Nagar, Karol Bagh, New Delhi. The petitioners apprehend arrest in the aforesaid FIR at Delhi.

The petitioners seek transit bail to enable them to avail appropriate legal remedies in the said FIR.

In the interest of justice and to enable the petitioners to avail the legal remedies in the court of competent jurisdiction, they are granted interim protection against arrest for ten days. During this period, the petitioners will be at liberty to approach the court concerned to seek appropriate relief in the said FIR. On expiry of ten days from today i.e. 18.04.2018, the interim protection granted to the petitioners in the said FIR shall come to an end automatically.

The bail application stands disposed of in the above terms. 6.
