This is a suit for recovery valued at less than Rs.1 crore. Ld. counsel for parties submit that defendant is located at Paharganj where part of cause of action arose hence seek transfer of present case to District Central, Delhi.

In view of orders passed by Hon'ble the Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (HQ) (Central), Tis Hazari, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (Central), Tis Hazari, Delhi on 08.04.2016.
