% 17.07.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition CM(M) 503/2018 assailing the impugned order dated 10.4.2018 of the Court of the Civil Judge-05 (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, in suit No.858/2018, submitting to the effect that the said suit has already been withdrawn by the plaintiff, i.e., the respondent to the present petition, which fact is so affirmed by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
