The petitioner has filed an undertaking by way of affidavit stating therein that he had already shifted his residence around one and a half year back from Sangam Vihar to 33, Ashoka Avenue, Sainik Farms, Delhi-110062 and has also given an undertaking not to contact the complainant. Copy of the undertaking by way of affidavit has also been supplied to the complainant.

In view of the undertaking given by the petitioner, learned APP duly assisted by the complainant in person, has no objection to the grant of anticipatory bail.

As such, it is ordered that in the event of his arrest:-
(ix) Petitioner be admitted to bail on his executing personal bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned I.O./SHO.
(x) He shall join the investigation as and when called for by the I.O.
(xi) He shall furnish his address as well as his contact number to the Investigating Officer.
(xii) He shall not threaten or coerce complainant or any prosecution witness.
The application is accordingly disposed of.
