% 17.08.2017 The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent No.1 to register a case and investigate the same because the doctors are alleged to have indulged in corrupt practices. Mr.Rahul Mehra, learned Standing Counsel has brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant to the complaint made by the petitioner, a case has been registered vide FIR No.5/2017 with the Anti Corruption Branch police station under Sections 13(1)(d), 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act and Sections 420/468/471/201 and 120B of the IPC. Since the main prayer of the petitioner has already been addressed to by the respondents, no further orders are required to be passed in this case. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
