Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that, in view of the quashing of FIR No.0601/2016, under Sections 498-A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at P.S.: Vasant Kunj (North), Delhi and the proceedings emanating therefrom qua the petitioners, no cause of action now survives in the present petition and he wishes to withdraw the present petition.
