% 31.08.2016 Perusal of the record shows that the present petition was came up for hearing before this Court on 09.03.2015 and vide order dated 18.12.2015 the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is possibility of settlement between the parties and an adjournment was sought.

On the last date of hearing, i.e., 21.03.2016, nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

Even today, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner on the first call. Nobody is appearing on behalf of the petitioner even on the second call.
