O R D E R

% 29.02.2016 The parties have arrived at settlement in mediation. The settlement agreement dated 29.01.2016 duly signed by the parties, their respective counsel and the learned mediator is placed on record. The terms of settlement appear to be fair, just and reasonable and there is no impediment in accepting the same.

Accordingly, the suit is disposed of in terms of the settlement. The amount of Rs.50,000/- payable by the defendants to the plaintiffs under the agreement stands paid. The parties shall remain bound by this settlement. Since the settlement has been arrived at in mediation, the plaintiffs shall be entitled to refund of the Court Fees.
