% 06.04.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that even summons have not been issued in the suit till date.

Consequently, this petition is allowed. In view of the fact that the learned District & Sessions Judge (South), Saket Courts has observed that jurisdictionally, the suit should be transferred to the Court of the District Judge (South-East), Saket Courts, New Delhi, accordingly, the suit stands transferred to the Court of the District & Sessions Judge (South-East), Saket Courts, New Delhi. The plaintiff shall appear before the District Judge on 26.05.2016.
