% 18.05.2015 It is submitted that parties have settled their disputes amicably on 12th March, 2015 on the terms and conditions as stipulated in the Settlement Agreement. Parties shall remain bound by the terms of settlement. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/Station House Officer of the concerned Police Station. However, petitioner shall cooperate in the investigation and appear
