Sh. Ramesh Gupta, Senior Advocate for the petitioner has submitted that in compliance of order dated April 19, 2016, the petitioner has deposited `25 lacs with Registrar General. Copy of two pay orders in the name of Registrar General has also been placed on record. 2.
Case FIR No. 468/2015 under Sections 420/468/471 IPC PS New Friends Colony, Delhi has been got registered by the wife of the petitioner. It is reported that petitioner has joined the investigation. 3.
The accusation against the petitioner is that the complainant filed a complaint at PS New Friends Colony alleging therein that her husband i.e the petitioner had fabricated forged documents putting her fake signature and submitted the said forged documents with Jaypee Infratech Ltd. at Jaypee Greens, Sector-128, Noida for purchasing a flat in Kosmos BAIL APPLN. 727/2016
Apartment. After allotment of the flat, the complainant made payments of `2 lacs vide cheque No.810848 dated 11.08.2009 and of ` 5 lacs vide cheque No.810860 dated 05.02.2010 from her PNB A/c No.4127010100006187 and payments of ` 5 lacs vide cheque No.28257 dated 03.04.2013 and of ` 5 lacs vide cheque No.28259 dated 03.12.2013 from her ICICI Bank A/c No.071901508455. After the dispute arose in the family, her husband opened two forged accounts i.e.
A/c No.913010030458839 in Axis Bank and A/c No.54410582924 in Standard Chartered Bank in her name by forging her signatures in the account opening forms. Thereafter on the basis of said accounts, her husband fabricated forged and false affidavit in her name as well as relinquishment deed and submitted the same with Jaypee Group thereby getting her name deleted as allotee of the flat at Kosmos Jaypee Greens. 4.
Learned APP for State has informed that the opinion on the documents is yet to be received.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that in the event of arrest he shall be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of concerned IO/SHO with the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner will join the investigation as and when required. (ii) The petitioner will not leave the country without permission of the Court.
