Pursuant to the last order, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his clients would vacate the premises within one year from today if the matter is sorted out.

The statement of the petitioner, Smt. Surjeet Kaur, has been recorded in court today. She has undertaken to the court to handover vacant and physical possession of the suit property to the respondent on or before one year from today, that is, 28.8.2017. She has also undertaken to pay the agreed rent along with electricity and water charges.

The undertaking is taken on record and the petitioner, Smt. Surjeet Kaur, shall remain bound by the same. RC.REV. 315/2016

In view of the undertaking given by the petitioner, the learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent undertakes not to execute the order of the learned ARC dated 18.12.2015 till 29.8.2017.

In view of the above submissions of the parties, the present petition stands disposed off.

The execution petition shall not be executed by the respondent till 29.8.2017.

I am presently the tenant of the respondent. I undertake to handover vacant and physical possession of the suit property to the respondent on or before one year from today, that is, on or before 28.8.2017. I also undertake to pay the up-to-date agreed rent of Rs.35/- per month plus electricity and water charges for the premises. I will not cause any wilful damage to the suit property.
