In this suit for partition of immovable property, a preliminary decree for partition and a final decree for partition have already been passed. However besides the decree for partition, a decree for rendition of accounts was also passed and commission issued to go into accounts and objections with respect thereto are pending.

The counsel for defendant no.2 states that no copy of the reply stated to have been filed by the plaintiff to the objections of defendant no.2 and no copy of the objections filed by defendant no.1 have been received. 3.
The counsel for the plaintiff has handed over a copy of the reply to the objections of defendant no.2 to the counsel for defendant no.2. 4.
The defendant no.2 to furnish a copy of his objections to the counsel for defendant no.1.

The defendant no.1 to furnish copy of his objections to the counsel for defendant no.2.
6.
Copies of replies to the objections be also shared amongst all the counsels. 7.
Rejoinders to the replies be filed within 30 days. 8.
