% 24.07.2018 Mr. Mohan, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition has become infructuous because the petitioner had, in the interim, been arrested, thereafter the matter was settled apropos the petitioner, who had paid a sum of Rs. 23 lacs to the complainant. Therefore, he would like to withdraw the same.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn accordingly. NAJMI WAZIRI, J.
