The common settlement agreement dated 09.05.2016 is placed on record. The original is placed on record of CS(OS) No.692/2015, whereas By:AMULYA

Io the copy has been placed on record of CS(OS) No.694/2015. The original settlement agreement signed by the parties, their respective counsels and the learned mediator is placed on record. The terms of the settlement appear to be fair, just and reasonable and I see no impediment in accepting the same.

The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement.

The suit stands disposed in terms of the settlement. Since the suit has been settled in mediation, the plaintiff shall be entitled to refund of the entire court fee in both the suits.
