% 01.03.2016 This is a suit for injunction valued at less than Rs.2 crores, as per contents of para 37 of the plaint.

Ld. counsel for parties submit that suit property is situated at Hauz Khas which falls under the jurisdiction of District South, Delhi hence seeks transfer of present case to District South, Delhi. In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (South), Saket, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (South), Saket, Delhi on 21.07.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
