Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State accepts notice. By this petition, petitioner seeks furlough and also challenges the order dated 23rd February, 2018 whereby grant of furlough was declined to the petitioner for the reasons that the petitioner earlier jumped furlough and was re-arrested after 11 months. Since furlough is a reward for good conduct, this Court finds no ground to interfere with the impugned order dated 23rd February, 2018.

The petition is dismissed.

Copy of this order be sent to the petitioner through Superintendent, Central Jail No.12, Mandoli, Delhi.
