The petitioner seeks interim bail due to death of his son-in-law. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, informs that factum of death of petitioner's sonin-law has been confirmed. He further informs that the petitioner's address at Delhi and that of Bihar has been verified. 4.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and to enable the petitioner to be in the company of his family due to death BAIL APPLN.751/2016

of his son-in-law, he is granted interim bail till 28th July, 2016 on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `50,000/-with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the concerned Jail Superintendent on the expiry of period of interim bail 5.

The application stands disposed of.
