On 09.03.2026, following order was passed by the learned Joint Registrar (Judicial):

1. Plaintiff has filed the present suit against defendant for Possession of suit property, arrears of rent with interest, etc.

2. Summons of the suit were issued and duly served upon defendant.

3. Vide order dated 14.07.2017, the present suit was adjourned sine die as the possession of suit property was received and the only dispute which was to be adjudicated is with respect to arrears of rent, damages/mesne profits and service taxes. Official Liquidator (OL) was appointed.

4. The matter be placed before the Hon'ble Court on 17.03.2026 for further directions.

Today also none has entered appearance on behalf of the parties despite passover.
