The plaintiff has instituted this suit for permanent injunction to restrain the defendants from using the trade name and style "Mobile Teleshoppe Private Limited" stated to be deceptively similar to the trade name and style "SV Mobile Teleshoppe Pvt. Ltd." of the plaintiff and thereby passing off their services as that of the plaintiff. 3.

The counsel for the defendants on enquiry states that there is no interim order in favour of the plaintiff and that none is appearing for the plaintiff since 23rd September, 2015.
