The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that FIR No.0026/2016 under Sections 365/366/342/34 of the IPC registered with PS Baba Haridas Nagar and all proceedings emanating therefrom, be quashed.

The said FIR was registered at the instance of respondent no.2. Respondent nos. 2 and 3 are present in the Court and are identified by the Investigating Officer.
They state that they have since resolved all their disputes with the petitioner and do not wish to pursue any proceedings against the petitioner.
3. Respondent no. 2 is respondent no.3's brother. It is stated that respondent no.
3 had married the petitioner and they have since secured a decree of divorce pursuant to a settlement arrived at before the Mediation Centre, Dwarka Court in HMA No.129/2016.

The petitioner is also present in the Court and is identified by his counsel. He states that he has no grievances against respondent nos. 2 and 3. 5.
In view of the above, this Court considers it apposite to allow the present petition.

Accordingly, FIR No. No. 0026/2016 under Sections 365/366/342/34 of the IPC registered with PS Baba Haridas Nagar and all proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed.

The concerned parties (the petitioner and respondent nos. 2 and 3) shall sign this order as an acknowledgment of the statements recorded herein.
