% 24.04.2018 After some hearing, the petitioner's counsel, on instructions, submits that she may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the applications filed therewith and instead move a fresh application for appointment of local commissioner after the plaintiff has led evidence. The petition and the applications filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner would have the liberty to move such application, as mentioned above, to be considered by the trial Court in accordance with law.
