This partition suit is settled in terms of the settlement agreement dated 30.9.2015 entered into between the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. Plaintiff has been paid her share in the suit property bearing no.84, NDSE Cooperative Group Housing Society Ltd. 24 Vasundhara Enclave, New Delhi. Henceforth, defendant no.1 will be the sole owner of the suit property as plaintiff has received a sum of Rs.30 lacs in full and final settlement of her claim in this suit property. 2.

The suit is accordingly disposed of as settled as per the terms recorded in the settlement agreement dated 30.9.2015. Parties are left to bear their own costs.
