% 31.07.2018 By this petition, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No.329/2015 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC and Section 4 of the DP Act registered at PS New Usmanpur on the ground that parties have settled the matter. Respondent No.2 is present in Court who states that she started living with the petitioners pursuant to the settlement however now the petitioners have thrown her out of the matrimonial home. This appears to be the reason for non-appearance on behalf of the petitioners. Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
