% 12.07.2016 The present revision petition has been filed by the petitioner Rajbir Singh along with an application for suspension of sentence. Nominal roll of the petitioner was called. The Jail Authorities vide letter dated 20.06.2016 addressed to this Court has informed that Rajbir Singh has already expired on 20.04.2016 and the intimation regarding his death has been sent to various authorities including this Court.

Since the petitioner has already expired, the present revision petition stands abated.

The present petition and applications, if any, are disposed of accordingly.
