HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE V. KAMESWAR RAO
O R D E R
% 20.04.2018 The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of order dated May 17, 2017.
Mr. Arun Bhardwaj, CGSC appearing for the respondents has placed before me a signal issued by the concerned Directorate with regard to the compliance of the order passed by this Court. It is noted that arrears of ACP, difference amount of leave encashment, difference amount of commuted value of pension and difference amount of gratuity have been paid to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner states, he has no instructions in that regard.
Be that as it may, noting the fact that it is the stand of the respondents that the order has been complied with, the contempt petition is closed. Liberty is with the petitioner, if any amount is still outstanding in terms of order dated May 17, 2017, to revive the contempt petition. V. KAMESWAR RAO, J APRIL 20, 2018/aky
