% 29.08.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the sale of the property of the respondent could not take place on account of an embargo under the Securitization Act. He prays for leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach this Court once the embargo is lifted.

In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner, as prayed for, subject to the law of limitation.
