% 23.04.2018 After some hearing, the counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition, he at the same time requesting for directions to be issued to the additional rent controller for deciding the eviction case in a time bound manner keeping in view the age and the medical condition of the petitioner (landlord). It will not be proper for this Court at this stage to issue any such directions, in as much as, it is hoped and expected that given the proper assistance and such considerations, as noted above, being brought to its notice, the trial Court will make sincere efforts to proceed with the case as expeditiously as possible.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Caveat having become infructuous also stands disposed of.
