% 03.05.2018 Status report has been filed by the State.

The missing daughter of the petitioner, namely Sheetal has been produced. We have interacted with Sheetal, the petitioner and his wife in Chamber. Since Sheetal is a minor, she is willing to return to live with her parents. We have counselled the parents of Sheetal and advised them not to, in any manner, harass Sheetal, or scold her, or taunt her for the step that she had taken. They have given an assurance to the Court that they shall deal with Sheetal in a loving manner. They have also assured us and undertaken that they shall not get Sheetal married to any person except with her consent and that too only after she has attained the age of majority. They are bound

by this undertaking.

We are informed that Sheetal has been produced from GTB Hospital, Shadhara, Delhi. The I.O. shall proceed with Sheetal to the said hospital and only upon the advice of the concerned doctor, she may be discharged. Once discharged, she shall be handed over to the petitioner. After her discharge, Sheetal shall be produced by the petitioner before the CWC on the following day.

The petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Order dasti under the signatures of the Court Master. VIPIN SANGHI, J P.S.TEJI, J MAY 03, 2018 B.S. Rohella
