% 23.10.2018 The petitioner seeks the following reliefs:- "A) direct or issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ(s) or directions, thereby directing the Respondent Nos.l and 2 to register an FIR in the matter, concerning the DD No.28-A/ Dated 26.01.2018, PS- Mehrauli, District- South & DD N0.35-A/ Dated 10.02.2018, PSMehrauli, District-South. B) direct or issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ(s) or directions, thereby assigning the investigation of this matter, forming part of this Petition, to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), i.e. the Respondent No.3.
C) pass any other or further order(s) which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, in favour of the Petitioner, in the interest of justice and fair play."
On the last date, the Court had passed the following order:- "
The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that further investigation has been undertaken under the supervision of the DCP of the area concerned. The Call Detail Records of two telephone numbers, which were used by the deceased, are being examined and there is some lead in the matter. He submits that all possible aspects are being examined in right earnest.
List on 23.10.2018."
Ms. Vohra, the learned counsel for the State submits that further enquiry is underway and the petitioner would be informed about the same and if he so desirous, he may meet the DCP of the area concerned on 03.11.2018 at 11.00 a.m.
No further orders are required at this stage. The petition stands disposed-off in the above terms. NAJMI WAZIRI, J.
