1. Learned counsel for the Respondent points out that in terms of the overall settlement between the Petitioner, National Highways Authority of India, and ITD Cementation India Limited, the dispute in the present petition also stands settled. In fact, payments have already been received by the Respondent. He has handed over a copy of the Supplementary Agreement (SA) dated 25th May, 2015 which shall be kept on record.

2. In that view of the matter, this petition is disposed of in terms of the SA dated 25th May, 2015.
