The petitioner has approached this Court for violation of the order dated 08th December, 2014 whereby this Court directed the respondents to ensure the implementation of the stop work notice dated 20th November, 2014.

Learned counsel for the respondents has handed over relevant photographs showing that five rooms in the subject property are sealed and that no construction activities is going on there. Seven photographs handed over by the learned counsel for respondents are taken on record. 3.

Learned counsel for respondent further submits that there is a stay order on the demolition of the subject property by the Tribunal and, therefore, the demolition action cannot be taken up. 4.

No case for contempt of the order dated 08th December, 2014 is made out. The petitions as well as pending application are, therefore, dismissed. 5.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner be given liberty

to file a fresh Contempt Petition after the vacation of the stay by MCD Tribunal. No case for grant of such liberty is made out at this stage. J.R. MIDHA, J.
