Petitioners herein seek quashing of FIR No. 391/2020 dated 20.08.2020, registered at Police Station Okhla Industrial Area for commission of offences under Sections 408/34 IPC, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties.

Copy of the compromise deed has also been placed on record. 3.
When the present petition was filed, the charge-sheet had not been filed but, now, it is informed that the charge-sheet has been filed and the next date before the learned Trial Court is 06.06.2026. 4.
The charge-sheet is for commission of offences under Sections 408/411/34 IPC, which are compoundable in nature. 5.
In view of the abovesaid fact, parties are at liberty to seek compounding of offences, by moving appropriate application before the learned Trial Court. As and when any such application is filed, the learned Trial Court shall dispose of the same in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing both the parties.

Petition stands disposed of in aforesaid terms. 7.
All rights and contentions of the parties are left open. 8.
However, in case the compounding is declined by the learned Trial Court, the petitioners would be at liberty to file petition afresh before this Court.
