Review Pet. 554/2016 Counsel for the review petitioner submits that in paragraph 2 of the judgment dated 22.07.2016 in the third line the Rule mentioned is Rule 19, whereas it should be Rule 16.
Notice. Counsel for the respondents accepts notice. Counsel for the respondents has no objection to the correction of this typographical error. In paragraph 2 of the judgment dated 22.07.2016 in the third line, the Rule 19 shall be read as Rule 16. However, on the merits of the review petition, we find that no grounds are made out to entertain the review petition.
The review petition is dismissed.
