% 17.05.2016 (1) The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No. 1274/2015 under Sections 419/420/467/471/475/120B IPC registered at Police Station Samai Pur Badli. Status report is on record.

(2) I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file.

The petitioner is in custody since 08.11.2015. Apparently, there was no demand of money to supply forged and fabricated documents allegedly recovered from the petitioner. It is also not the prosecution case if any money was received by the petitioner from any individual.

BAIL APPLN. 733/2016

(3) Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `50,000/-with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

(4) The application stands disposed of.
