% 19.07.2016 Learned counsel for the parties submit that all inter se disputes between the parties i.e. the appellant and the respondent have been resolved in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 18.05.2016 and the allegations against each other stands withdrawn. The appellant's wife has received Rs.10 lacs out of the total agreed amount of Rs. 30 lacs, and balance shall be paid at the time of recording of second motion of petition under Section 13(b) of the Hindu Marriage Act and quashing of the legal proceedings initiated by the appellant's wife. The terms of settlement are hereby taken on the record.

Learned counsel for the appellant states that since the parties have now settled the disputes, the present appeal may be disposed of as withdrawn.
