Perusal of the Office Noting shows that Court Notice was issued to the parties earlier. However, as per the note dated 24th February, 2025, appellants have been un-served with the noting "left/sold away the addressed property".

However, the counsel for the appellant had been served through WhatsApp.

Perusal of the Office Notice dated 24th February, 2025 further shows that the respondent was un-served, as the premises were found locked. 4.

In the absence of any fresh address and in the absence of any party appearing before this Court, it is not possible for this Court to issue further Court Notices.

The Office Notice shows that the counsel for the appellants stands served through WhatsApp. However, none appears for the appellants. 6.
