The present bail application has been filed by the petitioner seeking regular bail in case FIR No.137/2015 under Sections 408/409/420/468/471/120-B IPC, PS Roop Nagar, New Delhi. 2.

On the last date of hearing i.e. on 29.04.2016, it was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that complainant has been informed that the petitioner is ready to give ₹12 lacs within a week and subject to that payment, the complainant may not oppose the prayer for grant of bail. 3.

Today learned counsel for the petitioner has handed over pay order No.191169 dated 04.05.2016 for a sum of ₹12,00,000/- to learned counsel BAIL APPLN. 734/2016

for the complainant in the Court. Copy of the pay order has been placed on record.

Learned counsel for the complainant submits that he does not oppose the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail. 5.

In the given facts and circumstances, it is directed that the petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of ₹50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of concerned Court/Link Court.

Bail application stands disposed of.

As prayed, copy of the order be given dasti to learned counsel for the parties.
