% 11.12.2017 In this petition, a mandamus is sought to respondents to fix the salaries of petitioners of Madarsa Alia-Arabia, Fatehpuri, Delhi at par with the recommendations made by Sixth Pay Commission. At the outset, learned counsel for respondents points out that this matter relates to Delhi Waqf Board, Government of NCT of Delhi and as per Appendix VI of Rule 154 (b) of The Central Administrative Tribunal Rules of Practice, 1993, the jurisdiction to deal with the subject matter of this petition is of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Delhi. The aforesaid position is not disputed by petitioners' counsel. Accordingly, Registry is directed to transmit this petition to the Registrar, Central Administrative Tribunal, Delhi, for proceeding further in accordance with the applicable Rules and Regulations.
