% 20.04.2018 Petitioners claim that they are working as Guest Teachers for the last 3 to 7 years and they have right to seek regularization of their service in terms of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan Bill, 2017. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that a concise and composite Representation will be filed on behalf of the petitioners by petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 within a period of two weeks. If such a Representation is received by third respondent, then it be considered within a period of six weeks of receiving the said representation and a speaking order be passed thereon and the fate of said representation be conveyed to petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 within two weeks, so that petitioners may avail of the remedy as available in law, if need be. In the facts and circumstances of this case, W.P.(C) 3936/2018

status quo as of today in respect of petitioners' service be maintained till the fate of the said Representation is conveyed to them. With the aforesaid direction, this petition and applications are disposed of.
